چکیده

The problem of hearing pathology is relevant as we have seen the number those patients increasing yearly. According to literature, about 30% all cases loss are related middle ear pathology. cause development many forms dysfunction Eustachian tube which can lead retraction tympanic membrane, secretory otitis media or even adhesive that be reason for constant conductive loss, and require surgical intervention restore mechanism sound conduction.
Prevention treatment disorders not only a medical, but also social-economic problem. In our researches, we’ve decided study peculiarities impairment in with different stages its development, depending on condition tubal tonsils lymphoid tissue around orifice tube.
aim. Study relationship between state auditory function pathomorphological changes development.
Material methods. There were examined 89 patients, age 18 65 years old, media. All performed detailed collection complaints, disease anamnesis, examination ENT-organs – by routine method help endoscopic microscopic equipment, well pure-tone audiometry tympanometry. Patients divided into III groups. Group I 21 catarrhal stage media, group II 38 serous stage, 30 mucous stage.
results. When examining during nasopharyngeal endoscopy, surrounding area form inflammation, hypertrophy, hyperplasia found. these affects nature stage. audiometry, average thresholds at speech frequencies air conductivity significantly increased. At same time, exudate space, bone conduction slightly increased, associated restricted absent movement membrane ossicular chain presence thick exudate.
Conclusions. Analyzing patients’ clinical picture, data otoscopy, endoscopy nasal cavity nasopharynx, tympanometry there was determined cause-and-effect tonsils, and, accordingly, patients. studies indicate one reasons adults may tube, namely their changes: hyperplasia. Inflammation rule, hypertrophy leads long-term turn
